We (general) IT technicians do not have a fancy list of all default passwords for all different systems, sorry.
When it comes to using a default password, removing the cmos battery, shorting a certain jumper pins and similar is stuff that was sometimes implemented in the past, but neither of these tends to even exist on a modern laptop in order to enhance security.
The boring answer is to ask your laptop retailer, and otherwise contact Asus support.
Reading from forums this issue seems to not be too uncommon with people (unknowingly) having a BIOS password on Asus laptops. Here's one Reddit example, some people mention that some of the default passwords works, a lot report that it does not. You can always try if you really want.
But my only recommendation in your case (especially as this is a newer laptop) is to go to your laptop retailer and asking about this. If they cant help you, then you should contact Asus support.
