CPU fan on off problem
My CPU fan keeps turning on and off, the power button light is also blinking on and off, and the computer is not starting.

The Power button light is blinking an error code telling you what the problem might be.
Go to p.255→p.258 in the hardware maintenance manual to see what the different blink patterns mean and what to do to try and fix it.
