Released in 2003 - 2004, identified by the "OptiPlex GX270" circle around the power button. Came preinstalled with Windows XP. Dell released it in 3 form factors: Normal (SMT), Medium (SD) & Small (SFF = Small Form Factor).

I reset the bios by removing the cmos battery now it won't power on its not even making a sound
