Hi @rahulreddy91395

Use a DMM (digital multimeter) and check if there's 19.5V DC on the output plug of the charger.

If the voltage is <19.5V then the charger (or charger cable) is faulty. Search online for 741727-001 (45W model) or 710412-001 (65W model) to find suppliers.

If the charger tests OK open the laptop¹ and then disconnect the DC-In connector cable from the motherboard and then with the charger turned on and connected to the laptop's charge port as per normal, check if there's 19.5V DC when measuring between the red and black wires on the DC-In cable plug.

¹ Once the laptop is open remove the battery from the laptop as soon as possible, before doing anything further inside the laptop, so as to prevent any electrical problems from occurring whilst you're working in the laptop. There is always power on the motherboard somewhere even when the laptop is turned off. The power button is not a power isolating switch. Its function is to signal the intentions of the user to the BIOS/OS e.g. turn on, wake, force stop etc. Here's a video that may help. The battery is seen being removed at 1:40 minutes into the video.

If there's no voltage on the end of the cable then the DC-In jack is faulty and will need to be replaced as it cannot be repaired. Search online for L51995-001 to find suppliers that suit you best.

If there is 19.5V on the end of the cable, then there's a motherboard problem and further testing using the schematics will be required to find out what's wrong.
