Surface Pro 7 screen replacement

After replacing screen with non-microsoft screen, screen show windows logo, then nothing and doesn't respond to touch or pen External monitor working fine through dock.

I have reinstalled windows 11 and all drivers seem to be utd.

Can I be confident this is a bad replacement item?
