Screen glitch into boot loop

Ugh! Suddenly my phone randomly shut off. Powered on couldn't input screen lock. Everytime I touched the screen it either hit more than what I touched or no response then shuts down.Tried hard restart nothing, massaging the fr and rear of phone seemed to give me about 10 seconds of barely touching my code then automatically shuts down. Feels like the phone is not completely seale? I had also just dl a Google play app then it started. Ice has the phone for less than a year what are my options?
