Hi,

I’m completely new to this topic and I want to repair my PS5.

The problem: The PlayStation beeps briefly when I press the power button, and sometimes the blue light flashes for a moment. But it doesn’t start.

Current status:

I bought the PS5 as “faulty.” The fan connector is torn off (see attachment), but I don’t think that’s causing the problem (or is it?).

The fuse at F7002 has no continuity, and some of the capacitors on the backside show continuity (maybe that’s the actual problem—if so, what should I do?).

Hi!

Well, the fuse need to be replaced for sure to get it working again.

The fan connector does not creating this fault, but would replace the connector for a new one. Just to make it work.

After this, I would run some tests on the motherboard and see if the capacitor are fine as well.

Tranks, but the caps Need to be replaced too? And is the Same Fuse in the ps4 (for replacement)
