My Weller 8200 140/100 watt gun stopped reaching operating temps. I've covered the basics like assured good, clean contact for both points of the interchangable tips. And tested the continuity which seems to be good. The trigger switch is operating correctly. Any help would be much appreciated!

Is this happening on both the 100W and 140W setting?
If so check that the nuts that hold the tip in place are tight.
