Why is my washing machine is making a horrible grinding noise while the clothes are supposed to be washing, but the agitator isn't moving? Is this something I can fix? Single mom with no money to call someone. Adding a video so you can hear the noise.

Could be that the splines on the agitator have worn down and it is slipping on the transmission shaft. Worst case would be if the corresponding splines on the transmission shaft have also worn down as well.
Here's a video that explains how to replace it. The agitator part number shown in the video i.e. W11550891 is the one for the agitator used in your model washer.
Search online for W11550891 to find suppliers that suit you best. (examples only)

Please confirm the full model number of the washer?
Reason for asking is that there are 5 model variants beginning with MVWB765FW... and they may not all use the same parts if a replacement part is needed.
