eSIM continuous trouble. ‘Not available’ or ‘locked’. etc 5 events in 2 weeks

We might need some extra details here. What version of iOS are you running? Especially if it's showing "locked" that seems more like a software problem to me.

You could be receiving an invalid eSIM code from your provider, or your phone could be locked to a carrier that is disabling it.
