phone doesnt boot to system

I have a poco x3 pro, it turns on, enters fastboot, recovery, but on the screen with the "poco" logo it waits for 10-15 seconds and then reboots, and the system does not work, also when I connect it in fastboot mode to the PC, it gives me that the device is not identified, and in the manager device status "The Windows system stopped this device because it reported a problem.
