Hi, the left side doesn't work. I called the official SAT (Service Center), and they told me this type of product isn't repairable. Is that true? They can't be repaired? Usually if only one speaker is working, the wires inside the other one have come loose and need to be re-soldered back in place

Thanks for your reply, it's strange, the ANC button works, but only on the right side, could it be because of the loose speaker cable on the left side?
@danielmadu yes, sounds like it, just a quick warning some headphones are really hard to open
