Blinking red power light

First of all, do you have the TV series and model number? It will make diagnosing the problem much easier. However, from what I can tell, a flashing red light indicates a power supply or internal component issue. Try first to check your TV's power cord and your outlet to see if anything is wrong with them. You can also try to run the TV through a power cycle. You can run a simple power cycle by pressing and holding the power button on the remote for 5 seconds, or unplugging the TV from the power outlet for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. Finally, try checking your TV's connections (eg. HDMI, AV).

If all else fails, try to check if your TV is still under warranty and go from there. You can also contact Samsung Support, and they will try to diagnose the problem with your TV. You are also welcome to try to open up the TV by yourself and fix it, but I wouldn't recommend it for many reasons.
