Pictures from a probably restored iPhone XS

I have an iPhone XS with pictures from a period when the phone was not synchronized with iCloud. The phone had of some reason gone into iPhone Unavailable mode. I have tried to unlock the phone, with the result that the phone may have been restored. I can still see some of the pictures on the phone, but there is a period that does not appear.

Does anyone know of any software that can restore pictures that cannot be seen on the phone, but which are possibly in the memory? The missing pictures are of great importance to me.
