Screen brightness is low
My phone has low brightness even when adaptive brightness is off and brightness level is at maximum.how can I fix this problem?

If the Samsung Galaxy A13 brightness for the screen is not high, even at maximum settings, here are some potential solutions:
Increase Brightness Manually
Head to Settings > Display > Brightness and bump it up all the way.
If it is enabled, turn off Adaptive Brightness.
Turn Off Power Saving Mode
Go to: Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > Power Saving Mode
Disable it if the option is turned on because it lowers the brightness level of the screen.
If Possible, See if You Can Turn Off the Blue Light or the Extra Dim Mode

Great reply with only a few things I'd like to critique! It seems like you must've only given a cursory skimming of the problem. I say that since it's plain and easy to identify by simply "caring" at the times you seemed to "not care" which was infinite and absolute in space availability which showed that you gave zero unique considerations to any "this moment specific" troubleshooting climate realities opting for the generic interpretation Next 🕰️ (if you possess the required level of competence and expertise which you won't catch me holding my breath for) instead of just answering whatever you "feel" like the question was so that you can play the pretend utility game you must be deep into. At the very least, say nothing so that it remains unanswered so that a decent person assuming your reply isn't a you waste of time (because why would someone so that?) won't then skip it while op and others with a similar issue like myself have no choice but to continue troubleshooting solo? Please be considerate.
