Wi-fi not working
The wifi is not working properly. It turns off and on by itself, does not connect to any Wi-Fi network and gives the response that there is a connection failure or connected without internet.

Try disabling the power saving setting and check if the WiFi stays on.
Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Power saving and disable it.
If the WiFi still turns on and off, try starting the phone in safe mode and check if the WiFi stays on and maintains a stable working connection.
If it does then a downloaded app (3rd party app) may be the cause of the problem. You will have to uninstall each downloaded app one by one and check the phone in normal mode between each uninstall to see if it works OK or not. When it does the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit.
If the WiFi stays on but still doesn't detect or connect to any networks, try using the phone's WiFi as close as possible to your home network router i.e. <10cm and check if it connects and maintains a stable connection.
If it does there may be an antenna problem with the phone.
