i believe i got very deep into the rollers... I had two sheets of paper wrapped around one of the padded rollers.. I had to tear them out to get them off the rollers.. I looked and looked for other paper and could not find anything.. any good videos on this.. or can you take photos on what you did... I went in the front and back... I took screws off in back.. removed all the toner and looked down..
Still have same paper jam error

Quite possible the sensor arm got distorted while tearing the jammed paper out.

That could be a hardware problem with stuck sensors BUT every time it happened to me, there was paper buried so that it was very difficult to find. You may have to open/remove more parts to get to it.

Agree, and just to add: the few times I've dealt with this: 1 - small piece of torn paper stuck deep inside. 2-small piece of metal found in the paper tray (no joke!), and 3 - had to just flip/toggle every sensor to be found.
