My Bluetooth not working

Hi, i have a very big problem... When I turn on Bluetooth on my phone, my WiFi starts to suck. It starts to be very slow and then turns off.

Any help?

Does it still do this with the charger connected?

Does it still do this when using the phone in safe mode?
