Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to p.94 (p.100 of 114 pdf numbering) to view the procedure to remove/replace the keyboard.
Search online for Lenovo T495s keyboard to find suppliers that suit you best. (examples only)
Important: Before commencing any work on replacing the keyboard, go to p.68 (p.74 of 114) and follow the Disabling the built-in battery procedure.
