CSI signature series (1) control valve troubleshooting
Hi we have error code 3 which is an issue with the control valve? I think I need to take the cover off and check for debris? The manual is very vague and unhelpful.

@shellyhyatt take a look at this CSI Signature Series SM and see if that pertains to your valve as well. Error 3 - Encoder is not sending a signal (Valve requires service to continue)
Yes, I would definitely consider opening it up and to take a look at it. See what you find. You could be looking at debris as well as corrosion etc.

Yup! Ty - I have the paper manual and all it has it that code explanation and the exploded diagrams. I will try to find the screws and see what I can do/see:)
