Bogs then stops at full throttle

Okay so here’s what I’ve done.

1. Compression 110
2. Muffler and screen cleaned inside the muffler to the cylinder. Carbon free now
3. Installed a new carb fuel filter
4. Installed a new spark plug
5. Adjusted the screw under primer bulb worked with all adjustments to flow were the same unless I closed it up then it died no pulling needed. As I said when you open it up it sounds and performs the same idles good throttle up head spins for a second bogs down stops

I can not figure this out it takes 5 pulls to achieve 110 compression. Is my motor burned up or what? It’s starts will stay running sounds good
