Screen is going out
Our screen is going out. We have already received a replacement but is this something that could be fixed at home?

That doesn't appear to be a screen problem. It looks more like a color/video sync issue which would be on a PCB. Notice that when it messes up there is a still image from the last frame that was displayed.
Depending on your TV, it is likely on the main PCB that produces the video.

@ryanwatson5390 first we need to know the exact make and model of your TV. Color shift and double vision is a common issue with the GAMMA IC. Depending on your TV, that could be on the T-con board or on the bufferboards. In few cases a reflow of the main board can resolve this.
