I have a pair of Beats Studio3's and the left hinge of the headband bows out the opposite direction making it so that the left ear cup doesn't even sit on my ear.
Instead of the device making a large "C" shape it makes half of an "Ω"
I've tried tightening the two screws on the headband retainer clip, but it's fully snug.
What do I even replace to get this to work again? These headphones, while old, are too nice (and expensive) to throw away or replace.

According to this video; the headband needs to be replaced, but that looks hella simple. YMMV.

I've ordered a new headband. Let's see how it goes.
Just installed the new headband and it completely solved the problem.
The plastic bit the mounting recesses affix to was cracked on top and bottom; that was totally it!
