Ps5 front usb pcb missing component

Hi to everyone, I've a Playstation 5 USB front panel with a missing little component in the rear of USB A front port. I think it regarding USB data line. Can I do 2 bridges to connect the tracks without replacing component? The pcb code is EDU-030.

Hi Rosario!

I recommend to replace the USB board. Is somewhat more expensive, but saves a lot of headache and investigating.

I can’t find the schematics for the EDU-30… so I can’t tell you if you can bridge the connections or what is on there…

Hopefully someone else do know. To be on the safe side, I recommend to replace the board as whole and repair that board you have there later (when the schematics are there) so you can sell that board again!
