Why is OEM unlock toggle missing from developer options?

My device is sim unlocked from ASW.

When I search settings OEM unlock shows but only in search bar of settings. When clicked on it doesn't take you to OEM unlock toggle. There has to be a way

Hi, I've been looking into this and don't think it can be bootloader unlocked for now. Someone will have to exploit it.

Connect phone in BROM/PRELOADER Mode
Waiting for device... OK
Driver: [MediaTek Inc.,wdm_usb,MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android),usb2ser.sys,3.0.1504.0]
Device found at COM14 [PRELOADER]
Open port... OK
Send start cmd... OK
Get HW code from device... 0717
Get sec config... OK [00000001]
Active sec flags: [SBC]
Get HW & SW version from device... OK
HW VER: CA01, SW VER: 0200, HW SUB CODE: 8A00
Detect chip [MT6761]
Library Version [2]
Select platform... OK
Init BROM... OK
Force Charge... OK
Disable WatchDog Timer... OK
Brom disabled by Efuse[0x102]

From this log you can see the chip model (MT6761 for that Helio A22), but unfortunately BLU has disabled Mediatek Brom mode via Efuse. This puts many tools (like mtkclient) out of the question.

Also, people on XDA confirmed your finding that OEM Unlock is still not visible even after SIM unlocking.
