Hello , today I turn on my pc and I see no reply from my mouse I try disconnect reconnect cable change the cable but no answer. Mouse is off , led is off. Mouse don’t charge and can’t use it.. can you help me please ? 🙏
I have encountered the same issue, but after searching on every forum I could find, my issue has still not been solved. My mouse is brand new as well (less than a month out of box). If you figure out the solution. please let me know!
