Boot device not found

Please confirm the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?

Check if the HDD (or SSD) is being shown in BIOS - Storage - Device Configuration.

If it is then there may be a corrupted boot partition on the HDD (or SSD)

If it is shown in BIOS then the HDD (or SSD) has failed - commiserations

To get into BIOS turn off the computer, then press the power button, then repeatedly press the Esc key until the Startup Menu opens. Press f10 to enter BIOS Setup Utility.
