disc drive issue/ loud noise

NEED HELP

Brothers, my PS4 Pro started making noise when I put the disc in, a noise as if it was touching on the casing or in any part inside the driver, sounding like a dentist's engine, or even a lawnmower, it's really loud.

I didn't worry too much at first, because the games were running normally, until it happened that the game simply closed, the noise became more bizarre and loud and the PS4 asked to remove the disc, but the disc ended up getting stuck and it only came out because I restarted it. .

I have always taken great care of his cleanliness and by the way he is very clean now.

It didn't damage the media, but now I'm afraid it's something serious and I didn't find much, solution/cause on the internet and I didn't want to go to a technician and he might force me to perform unnecessary maintenance or change parts just to get my money, someone can you help me?
