@jahmalfowler if it vibrates when you do turn it on, that means your phone is coming on. Number one issue with that, can be a bad screen. I would replace the display assemble and then re-evaluate.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
