My PS5 disc drive
My PS5 does not accept discs. whenever I try to put a disc, it does not let me and every couple of seconds it just does the eject mechanism over and over.i need help and none of the videos fix my problem

Hi!
Sound like the sensor died or a problem with the mechanism of the drive. Can’t find the part, only the complete drive. Anyway, I think it’s for the best to replace the whole drive. Replacing the whole drive is more expensive, but easier. Make sure that you transfer your own PCB (drive motherboard) to the new drive!!! Otherwise you can’t play games no more!
Guide: PlayStation 5 Optical Drive Laser Replacement (till step 33) and then go in reverse to assemble it with the new drive.
