I used a Honeywell PTM7950 to resolve the overheating issue of this laptop and it's been 3 years since using the said phase change material. Now my motherboard is stuck. Please helpa me :'(
It describes that the way to loosen the thermal material is to gently twist the fan/heatsink first so that the thermal material breaks up and unsticks.
