@ithitecrcd59102 this sounds like it is not loading the firmware. try this first. Press and hold the power button and volume down button together for about 10 seconds and see if your phone restarts.

Ultimately this sounds like a Firmware issue and may require you to reflash your phone. Not something that we get into on here, so check sites like this and many others.
