2004 Jeep GCL 4.0 v6 turning over but not starting.

2004 jeep GCL will turn over but willnot start. Alternator, battery, fuses and fuel pump are all good, spark plugs have been changed and even tried spraying gas directly, no spark. Cam and crankshaft position modules also been replaced. It also had a recall occupant restraint module replaced by dealership.Jeep dealer says nothing showed up on the Diagnostic when replacing ORM, but need to bring it in for a 2nd one? This sound shady to be honest since they can't find the first Diagnostic report, not to mention that I would have to tow it cause it will not start. What if anything should I replace or check next? I can give more detail if needed, also have video and pics if needed. I'm seriously desperately in need of some solution, the jeep mechanic is not being honest or doesn't know what he is doin...

@diaadams This is going to be a tough one since you already replaced the common parts. The issue right now would be the no spark. You've changed the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors, good, Those would have been my first guess. Now, Check you coil pack and the ASD (Auto shutdown Relay) See what you come up with. PCM is always in the differential diagnosis :-)

What bothers me is that your OBDII is not popping any codes. Any of those things should actually do that. To go over those things would take me forever to write up :-) Here is the part from the SM that deals with the 2001 2004 WJ Ignition

I can send pics but nothing looks off. I am going to have to look up how to test the coils, but I'll try that too. The mechanic that supposedly did the diagnostics cannot "find" the results all of a sudden and is not returning my calls. But I might go buy a cheap OBD myself and test it myself. I will post updates as soon as I can. There aren't many decent mechanics in my area and being a woman certainly does not help, lol. But I am more than capable of turning a hammer. Just joking, lol!

@diaadams yes, I get that. It seems like the automotive "service sector" is still so far back in the 50's, it's not even funny. As a society we are still pretty "not smart". You might be better off with a scanner of your own and tell those "tough guys" to go and fly a kite. If nothing else, you got access to a whole community of fixers here. We'll support anybody that is looking for help to fix their "anything". I am convinced that this will get fixed. You got this!

I'm sure goin to give it my best shoot! I was raised by a single father who only had girls, and well you get the picture, lol. And I can be pretty determined too, although my dad would say stubborn or "bullheaded, lol. I have printed all the papers and will be on it first thing in the am. And Im sure I'll be back tomorrow. @oldturkey03 I got her running. After further inspection, it came to my attention that the battery (which I just installed myself in January), had not been disconnected since I installed it. But should have been when the new parts were replaced. So on a hunch, I took the Crankshaft Pos Mod off and went and got a new one, installed it, reconnected the battery and won't you know it, she started right up like she was still on the showroom floor. Its so frustrating that I finally could afford a mechanic, but I still had to fix it myself. I might be sore from spending a day under and on top of an engine, but I got my Jeep back running, and I was able to teach my kids some valuable information. And I've learned that if you want to make sure something is done right, just do it yourself... I could of save a lot of money too.

I do want to thank you for all the insight and knowledge you so graciously gave me!
