How to check if the Bluetooth driver is installed and up to date? It doesn't appear on my screen

@amandalondeka has it ever worked for you and did anything happen to it. We also need to know the exact model of your CQ56 since not all of them even have Bluetooth. In that case you would need to get a Bluetooth Network Adapter.
