Is the windshields water pump that stopped because the water was emptied ?how to fix it?

@noraer check the hoses that go to the windshield washer nozzles for any blockage, kinks or even holes. Disconnect one of them and activate the washer. You should hear/feel the pump on the reservoir working. If water does come out of the disconnected hose, you may need new nozzles.
If not, then check for power on the pump. Use a test light or a voltmeter and test it when your activate the washer pump. If you have power going to the pump then it is the pump that needs to be replaced.connectors. Of course check fuse #15 in the fusebox.
