I don't understand the screw driver size for my Lenovo thinkbook 15 g3 ACL, I tried to remove the screw using various sizes and I think I ruined it please help me what should I do ? When I checked the website for the screwdriver size I didn't even understand please help.

@dannyaugustine here is the service manual for your computer Lenovo Thinkbook 14 15 Gen3 Looking through the list of the screw drivers needed to work on your computer, it appears that all you need are:
Screw driver (Phillips head) (PH1/PH0)
Screw driver (Torx head) (T5)
Screw driver (Torx head) (T30)

Danny, if you think you may have stripped the screw, try moving up a size with your screwdriver (although, this only works some of the time).
