My phone is not sleeping during calls
My brand new tecno camon 20 is not sleeping during calls and i am having problem with that.

I take it you mean the screen is not blanking when you hold the phone up to your face to talk, is that right?
If so, that would usually indicate a failure of the proximity sensor, the part that detects when the phone's up against something. If your phone is indeed brand new, you should not be having a problem with it. Although it is entirely possible to replace the sensor, on a new phone your first option should be to return it for repair or replacement as it should still be under warranty.

@yehualashe68096 let's assume that your proximity sensor is not (yet) broke, Check the make sure that your screen protector is not blocking it (or a case if you have one one there. Make sure that the top left edge of the phone is not covered. That is where the proximity sensor is located.
Since this is an Android phone, there should also be settings that may have disabled your sensor. Go to your settings and check for something like "Call Settings" or similar and see if the sensor has been disabled.
After that, if nothing works, time to return it!
