@oldturkey03 Just uploaded new pictures and videos, I tried what you said nothing changed, but between me taking the back cover off it’s gotten worse

@jaxdhulett I seem to have an issue with playing your Video. Tes, you see how each on of those strips that loses signal/data corresponds to one of the ribbon cables. It is possible that during dismantling, teh bezel pushes on those ribbon cables. None of this is any good news. You are now having to make a decision. take a look at what is going on with it, regardless of what may happen. OR you bin it, which is not a good option (the least recommended one). I have seen some weird stuff about how to attempt to repair those. You'll need to be inventive, have a couple of decent tools and some good skills that include soldering :-)

@jaxdhulett of course, double check those ribbon cables going to the boards as well. Most of the lines are data lines so any corrosion, tears etc can interrupt this as well. Since you are not there yet, take one step at a time. Check everything thoroughly Post lots of pictures of your boards etc. Anything looking odd, we'll try and get this identified and taken care off.

@oldturkey03 Is there anyway to connect to the internet when stuck on this “check that the one connect is connected to the tv” screen?

@jaxdhulett that is a failure of the LCD driver board. If you open your back cover (unplug you TV of course) and take a look at the top of the panel you will find the driver boards. Those are connected to the LCD panel via some thin ribbon cables. They are attached to the panel via a special process (TAB) and can't be replaced by the normal DIY'er. Now, turn your TV on and press on the ribbon cable that corresponds with the are on your screen that shows those pink lines. If compressing this ribbon makes a difference then you know the issue is that connection,. If it doesn't then it is an error on the actual driver board. No schematic exist for these, so you can only check for any missing or damaged components on that board. Ultimately this is still consider a panel failure.

Here is an example of what this ribbon cables look like and where /how they are connected.

So is there parts I could buy to replace if the panel was damaged or do I need to find someone to repair it?

完成的

@jaxdhulett if it is the TAB you got only two options. One is to replace the panel (finding replacements is difficult and most often the cost is more than a new TV) or two, have somebody repair the TAB. This will depend on where you are located and there may be shipping costs etc. involved as well.

Now I try to turn it on and it’s going off and on (samsung logo is fading on and off)
