Why is my phone shutting down automatically?
my phone shutting down automatically with out my permission. after a few minutes of using it i get it switched of . even it shutted down it self morethan 10 times a day?

@akiyagetachew this could be a software issue. Try a reset of your software. Remember to make sure that all of your files are backed up etc. Also, check if this happens in safe mode as well or if it stays on. WE need to know the exact model of your Infinix to help you with the Safe mode. Generally you can get into safe mode by following the steps from this site. If none of this works, I would replace the battery. Once you replace the battery, make sure that your charging port works.

I also have the same problem, kind of. my phone would just randomly shutdown after a few minutes. i don't know about the original poster, but mine was infinix note 12 vip with the model number x672. I've tried resetting the phone and even hard resetting it but the problem still continues. and as of the time writing this, my phone is unable to be turned on. even on full charge, the phone would fail to turn on, and when it turned off the battery would become empty. my battery should be fine because i've always using the stock charger and never used any third party charging brick and usb. my speculation might be there is something wrong with the power ic, but i'm not sure, because i myself has not get it checked to any real technician
