Here's a teardown video that shows how to open the phone to gain access to the Power button so that it can be checked or replaced if necessary.
The Power button removal procedure is explained between 6:25 and 6:35 minutes into the video.
If the Power button actuator is broken and needs to be replaced, search online for GH98-45544A (mystic black), GH98-45544B (mystic grey), GH98-45544C (mystic white), GH98-45544D (mystic bronze) or GH98-45544E (mystic green) depending on the colour of the phone, to find suppliers that suit you best.

If you're not ok with opening your phone.you can try using IPA/rubbing alcohol and use a Q-tip that soaked with IPA and try rubbing the button.thats what works for me.
