The evaporator fan is not spinning unless I give it a push. Need to replace the motor but the label on the fan motor says Panasonic FDQC18EL7F. Other part number on label is 242077704. I can't find this anywhere. Searching brings up Panasonic FDQC18EL4F on various sites. The connector does not seem to be the same.

@nigeldsouza no wonder! There is a reason why it's not available. Check the price on here or even on here Least expensive one I could find is on here At least it's available. I would try to see if I could fit the FDQC18EL4F and just change the connector.

Part # 242077704 has been supeceded by part # 5304530651 (supplier examples only)
Search online for the replacement part number to find suppliers that suit you best.
Thanks for the info and links. I found that searspartsdirect had a 10% coupon in addition to a 5% discount and reasonable delivery date.
Are there instructions anywhere for:
- Getting the motor out of its housing
- unplugging the motor from the back of the fridge. Generally the plugs have a clip/tabs to press but I don't see those on plug. See second picture I included in my original post. Maybe I broke the tabs and did not notice.
In case someone finds the question in the comment about how to unplug the motor from the back of the fridge. There is a tab on the top of the plug that you have to press down down pretty hard in order to pull out the plug.

Here's a video that shows how to replace the evap fan blade from the fan.
The part number shown for the blade in the video is the same one used for the refrigerator evap fan blade in the refrigerator in question on this page so presumably it might be the same way to disassemble at least a part of it.

You can find them on Amazon and hd supply..but it will only be the fan motor. Still trying to see how to disassemble the fan assembly.
