What type of power connector is this called?

I wanted to upgrade my computers, graphics card to a GTX 1660 and the PCIE PROVIDE 75w however, I need another 45 W to safely use it with my power supply. I was wondering if I could use some sea power to also aid empowering my GPU and the sea connects to this weird port on my motherboard, which I don’t know what is called. There are two square ports with 4 pins in them each

@chase757 the label that is printed on your board is the key. It is a Sata Power connector. Commonly the Yellow is 12V the red is 5V and the black is ground. Use a multimeter to verify those voltages. That is still not going to work for you. You can't pull power from somewhere else to increase the wattage to your graphics card. Looks like your power supply is only a 240 Watt power supply. you will need to change that to a bigger ATX power supply (min. 500W) and use a 24-pin to 6-pin ATX power adapter cable (something like this that you can then connect directly to the Video card.
