Error code 34 means that Windows can't install a component used in or connected to the laptop e.g. wifi card, external device etc.

You have to manually install it.

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?

What operating system is installed in the laptop e.g. Wi6, Win8.1, Win10 etc

What item of hardware were you trying to install to connect to the laptop?
