Actual headphones are okay. Where can replacement parts be purchased? How are old parts removed and replacement parts be installed by the diy person? What tools are needed for this repair?

@robert25563 Bose does not offer any official site to sell to DIY'er. You'll have to rely on Google to find the parts. In your case, what parts are you looking for and what are you trying to repair.
