Phone won't charge with back plate on

All right so a little backstory, I just replaced a screen on a Galaxy a32 and after putting it back together it wouldn't charge, but then come to find out it would charge with the back plate taken back off. So I took the back plate off and charged it thinking, maybe it was just a charger port problem so I ordered a new charger port, charger port is now replaced and it still won't charge with the back plate on, so I am all out of ideas, any help would be appreciated.

Just make sure that all the metal contacts that are coming off the back plate and fit on the boards are properly aligned and not shortening anything out. Also, this series has issues with the flex cable coming from the sub board (charging board) to the main board. Make sure it does not have any tears and that it is properly seated. They do come loose.

I'm having the same problem with my a32 and there's nothing wrong with my charging port and there's nothing disconnected but it won't charge with the frame and back plate on it it will charge without it on there
