Why I can't charge my phone?
I can't charge my phone. My mobile phone model is redmi 12C. It's new pcs.

@pankajrath76275 this is a new phone. The only thing you want to check is your charger and your charging cable. Make sure that those are working ok. For anything else, you do want to contact the vendor you purchased the phone from and get this covered under warranty.

@deaalyashe51573 this "as if someone is touching my screen" is usually caused by a failure of the touchscreen and display assembly. Changing the assembly should resolve this issue. You did not tell us the make and model of our phone so we can't provide any help with that.
