Camera failed warning after installing new camera module

My rear 3 camera module was replaced as the original main camera lens cracked. The original camera module still works, just blurry image. I ordered a new camera module for galaxy a71, after installation, camera app wont work, opens to a black screen the a warning saying camera failed, i have now brought and installed two different modules from two different suppliers. Both end with same issue. When i put the original module back, the app works again.

Do i need to change every camera or faulty part twice?
