Why does my cellphone just vibrate but not turn on?
when i push power botton my cellphone does not working and open only vibrations

@lancelenar65523 when you first turn your cellphone on and it vibrates but does not display an image, it is usually because you have a failed LCD. You could try and connect your OPPO to your PC via USB cable and see if you can access it. Otherwise, I would suggest that you start off by replacing the LCD. That will at least rule it out/in as the issue.
To replace your LCD use something like this guide.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. Seconded. Although with such little information (@lancelenar65523, more details and info would be helpful), typically when the screen stays black and you have other signs of life, such as noise or vibration, it is a sign of a dead screen. That is the best diagnosis we can likely provide at this point in time.
