Recently installed a Pioneer DMH-Z5350BT in my Toyota fortuner, for the first week it was working fine and after a week the audio kind of gets reduced by itself and the audio controls are inhibited or not operable. Randomly it comes back to normal level and goes back to low randomly. I unpaired my phone from the device and also tried resetting nothing works. Anyone has a solution please advise.

Sounds like the deck is getting a mute trigger. Do you have steering wheel controls wired to the deck? Check that remote/steering wheel wiring and any wiring to the mute input. Temporarily disconnect any remote inputs such as steering wheel or OEM integration such as Maestro or iCar. If you have a wireless remote, make sure it's not accidentally muting - I've seen people accidentally butt-mute their radios! :)
