Will not show anything on display after SSD replaced

I replaced the SSD in this iMac and now it will not show anything. The onboard LEDs 1 and 2 are on but there was no start up sound just the fan ramping up to full blast.

I already replaced the PSU and the motherboard, but it is still showing the same LEDs and no display.

Did you use the special pizza cutter to take the display off? Could you have damaged the displays cables?

I did not use the pizza cutter tool. And I do not believe the cables were damaged.

I know the display worked after removing it because I was able to replace the HDD first test it out and both the display and replacement HDD worked fine. A day later after replacing the HDD I replaced the SSD too and that is when I had the issues with the iMac not fully turning on. I replaced the PSU and then got the onboard LEDs on. So thinking it was a video card issue I replaced the motherboard. Still having no display and now I do not know what to try.

@brettdowns36437 - I understand, well I think the display and/or the cable is damaged.

Ive had a few like this and after doing some voltage checks it was a damaged display as you can push the tool in too far.

But if you are so sure, how about removing the SSD to see what happens then.

@danj I tied with both the drives removed and still doing the same thing. I will order a screen and test it out. Honestly its the last thing I can try. Thank you for your help. Will post an update with the results. in about a week.
